They come with the same pockets as their lightweight counterparts, but with the addition of a large zip pocket in the back waistband.  Need to carry cash to pay the instructor? No problem, use the back zip pocket for your cash. The two phone pockets on the thighs will fit a large phone securely and with easy access, and provide plenty of storage for whatever else you need to carry.
